Binary Blue is a native German wordpress theme, but as it is fully localizable through wordpress’ default localization mechanism (gettext stuff), it is possible to translate it into any language you desire. There are already several translation files available - see the list below - , but if you want to contribute another one, just download the english .po file ressource (or one of the others that are up to date), start your poEdit and translate Binary Blue into your desired language. If you send me translation files (.po and .mo) via email, I’ll be happy to publish them here at this website including the credit you deserve.

@streetview: sometimes it happens that uploading the .mo file in the wrong FTP mode (ascii/binary) breaks it, so the localization is just not recognized.
keep in mind as well, that the file is case sensitive. the en_US.mo must be named exactly that way, it must not be transformed to all lowercase letters.

Hallo,
ich habe gerade Binary Blue Theme “installiert” und versuche nun die Sprache auf Englisch zu setzen. Es will aber nicht so, wie ich will.
Habe mir hier die Datei en_US.mo heruntergeladen und ins Verzeichnis …\wp-content\themes\WP-Binary-Blue-v141\ kopiert und in der wp-config.php den eintrag von
define (’WPLANG’, ‘de_DE’); in
define (’WPLANG’, ‘en_US’); geändert. Trotzdem sind einige Sachen auf meiner Seite immer noch auf Deutsch wie z.B. “Senf ablassen”, “Suche”, etc.
Wäre für einen Tipp wirklich dankbar(was ich eigentlich schon wegen dem Theme bin
)
